Go Girls is the name of a popular teenage band from Melbourne in Australia. There are four girls in the band, two pairs of sisters. The girls grew up on the same street in Melbourne and went to the same schools.

They made music together almost all their lives. Katya and Megan play the guitar. Suzie plays the drums and her sister Anna, the youngest of the four, sings. They were always popular at school concerts and nine months ago they decided to put some of their best songs online. A journalist listened to their songs and he wrote an article about the band. The article called them The Melbourne Four in an Australian newspaper. John Barnard, a manager of Music Australia in a big company, read the article, went on the internet to listen to their songs and loved them too. He became their manager the next week. But he made them change their name.

Two months later, the band made their first album and started a tour of Australia. It went very well. After that, they played in several foreign countries including the USA and New Zealand.

Every year people in many countries learn English. Some of them are young children. Others are teenagers. Many are adults. Some learn at school. Others study by themselves. Why do all these people learn English? It's not difficult to answer this question. Many boys and girls learn English at school because it is one of their subjects. Many adults learn English because it is useful for their work, teenagers often learn English for their higher studies because some of their books are in English at the college or university. Other people learn English because they want to read newspapers or magazines in English.
