Surviving in the jungle can be a challenging experience, but with the right knowledge, you can stay safe and enjoy your adventure. Firstly, it's important to bring enough water and food to last you for the duration of your trip. Secondly, always wear light and comfortable clothing, and use insect repellent to avoid bites and stings. Thirdly, learn to make a fire and set up a shelter to keep yourself warm and dry. Finally, stay alert and be aware of your surroundings at all times. With these tips, you'll have a great time exploring the jungle!

The third person is Sophie Jenkins. She sailed solo around Britain. She’s very friendly. However, she isn’t very fit. She doesn’t eat meat. If she changes her eating habits, she’ll go a long way.
