I'm Sally. Today, we learned how to make some healthy food from Mrs. Brown. First, we made soup. Mrs. Brown needed some carrots, a little sugar, and a little oil. We didn't have carrots, so Lucy helped Mrs. Brown buy them. After making the soup, Mrs. Brown showed us how to make spring rolls. We needed noodles, eggs, onions, and a lot of vegetables to make them. Then, we made some banana smoothies. It was a great day.

P.S. Nick didn't come with us. He wanted to, but he had a stomachache. That's too bad.

I’m Linh and I’m from Vietnam. We have lots of good food in Vietnam. People usually eat noodle soup or sandwiches for breakfast. We have lots of noodle soup like phở, hủ tíu, bún bò, … I like phở most. Sometimes, my mother buys a sandwich for me. It’s delicious! People in Vietnam usually eat rice, meat or fish, vegetables, and soup for lunch and dinner. After dinner, we eat fruit. On the weekends, people like going to the restaurant. My family go to the restaurant for dinner. We get bánh xèo and spring rolls. Vietnamese food is very good. I love it!
