Online adverts can be very distracting and annoying, and can make readers lose interest in what they are reading. In addition, many online publications focus much more on attracting viewers and followers rather than providing detailed or accurate information.

Nevertheless, digital media is an incredible source of news, information and knowledge, and its benefits outweigh the disadvantages.
