My name is Mark. I’m a content creator and I make videos for TikTok. I love my job because it’s really creative and I can work from anywhere. My videos are usually funny or interesting, and I try to make them short and easy to watch. I think the most important thing is to catch people’s attention in the first three seconds.

I started making videos about two years ago, and now I have over a million followers on TikTok. Sometimes I work with brands and promote their products in my videos. It’s a great way to make money, but it’s also important not to do too much advertising. People don’t like it if you’re always talking about products.

A lot of people want to be famous on TikTok, but it’s not easy. You need to post new videos every day and reply to your followers’ comments. You also need to be yourself and show your personality. Some people try to copy other creators, but I don’t think that works. If you’re doing the same as everyone else, why should people follow you?

My dream is to be a full-time YouTuber, but 1 know it’s going to take time. For now, I’m happy making videos for TikTok and working with different brands.

Planning a career path is not easy at all. Although their own preference for a job really matters, researchers have pointed out some other factors that may influence teenaged students' career choice.

Parents' expectations tend to have the strongest impact on their children's decision-making, especially when they are young. For example, parents who work in the business sector often expect their children to pursue commerce and business. Sometimes, conflicts occur because children resist choosing the path that their parents want. Peer persuasion is another influential factor. Teenagers are impressionable, so they may find a career attractive because most of their friends do so. Though the most popular jobs sound cool, students might not do them well in the future if they are not passionate about them.

Career advice that students find on the Internet may also affect their choice. However, not all online advice is practical and helpful. Finally, cost is the basic criterion for many students when planning their career path. Some choose to study and work abroad while others select a career that is more affordable.

The factors above may affect students' future careers both positively and negatively. Since career planning is essential for a rewarding working life, it is vital that students receive a proper orientation from trustworthy sources.

As teenagers approach the university level, they face the challenge of deciding which course to pursue. In today’s diverse world, this choice is not easy for both teenagers and their parents. In the past, this decision was simpler because there were fewer options in terms of learning areas. Additionally, there were only a few distinct professional careers to consider, such as doctors, engineers, accountants, nurses, and teachers. Most higher education paths usually led to financial success, and the cost of education was not as high.

However, the world we live in today is completely different from what was described earlier. The job market is constantly changing due to innovative technology and increased competition. Meanwhile, many teenagers struggle to identify their own interests and passions. To assist them in making these decisions, there are various well-organised career talks and student counselling workshops available. These resources aim to guide and support teenagers in selecting the right course for themselves. Additionally, psychological tests are often used. Various tools such as surveys, interviews, and computer software can help identify the preferences, interests, and - learning styles of students. These assessments provide valuable insights to aid in the decision-making process.
