Requirements for Runners

All participants must register online by July 20th 2025.

The run is open to runners of all ages. Children need parental consent. co

Ensure you are in good health and capabie of running a five-kilometer race.

Runners should wear comfortable, eco-friendly running gear, 2 and bring your own reusable water bottle.

Respect the environment. No littering
