Trong Microsoft Word, để tệp đồ họa vào văn bản ta:

Vào bảng chọn Insert à Picture à From File..

Vào bảng chọn Insert à Symbol..

Vào bảng chọn Insert à Page Numbers..

Vào bảng chọn Insert à Date and Time..
