Lady finger is a type of green vegetable. As its name suggests, it has the shape of a long finger with a small tip at the narrower end. The other end is usually lighter green. When you look at the cross section cut of a lady finger, you can see a lot of white-coloured round seeds inside the vegetable. Lady finger is famous for its inside stickiness.
